MCL STUDIOS is what I am using for my company name. It is not a LLC or anything yet, as I am a sole proprietorship/hobbiest at this point. I am the sole developer, I am Morton Licker. I hope to one day expand and continue developing games, other software, and media.
This privacy policy is only for my first game Maze Excitement.
This Maze Excitement Privacy Policy (this "Policy") describes the different ways the app(game) Maze Excitement and I may collect, use, secure, retain, disclose, and otherwise process information that can be used to identify you on, through, or in connection with the Maze Excitement app(game) (defined below).

1. WHAT DOES THIS POLICY COVER?
When I refer to "MCL STUDIOS" or "Morton Licker" (or any similar terms like "I", "My", "Devloper", or "Me") in this Policy, I mean the MCL STUDIOS entity, which is me and I am reffering to me the developer Morton Licker that controls and is responsible for your information. This Policy applies when MCL STUDIOS- Morton Licker acts as a data controller of your information.
Note that your use of the Maze Excitement app(game) is also subject to additional terms and conditions.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS CHILDREN'S INFORMATION?
The information below is for parents/guardians to understand our privacy practices with respect to children (under 13 or the age of digital consent in the user's region, whichever is higher).
The Maze Excitement app(game) does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Maze Excitement app(game) does not ask for personal information except the birthdate of the user. This is to help provide an age-appropriate experience and ads. The information is used to comply with legal requirements and to ensure appropriate advertising. In addirion, The Maze Excitement app(game) may ask for an email address if the user contacts the developer, Morton Licker.
The Maze Excitement app(game) does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Maze Excitement app(game) or the developer, Morton Licker, does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the developer, Morton Licker, discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the developer will immediately delete this information in all it's forms. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the developer, Morton Licker at mclstudios79@gmail.com or by clicking the contact me button in the help section of the Maze Excitement app(game) so that he will be able to take the necessary actions. Note that if a user idicataes and age group that is under age, the user will not be able to contact the developer, Morton Licker. The contact me and the ask a question buttons will not be shown.
3. WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT AND HOW IT IS COLLECTED AND USED?
The Maze Excitement app(game) collects information when you download and use it. This information may include, but are not limited to, information such as
• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Third Party analytical information, such as crash reports
• Your birthdate.
• Your email address if you contact the developer
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Maze Excitement app(game) collects your device's location, which helps the Maze Excitement app(game) determine your approximate geographical location and make use of in below ways:
• Geolocation Services: The Maze Excitement app(game) utilizes location data to provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
• Third-Party Services: Periodically, the Maze Excitement app(game) may transmit anonymized location data to external services. These services assist them in enhancing the Application and optimizing their offerings.
The developer Morton Licker may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Maze Excitement app(game), the developer may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Birthdate and Email. The Birthdate of the user will not be stored on the user's device, instead a value indicating an age group will be stored and the develpor will not have direct access to it. The Birthdate is used to help provide an age-appropriate experience and ads. The information is used to comply with legal requirements and to ensure appropriate advertising. The email information that the developer request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
MCL Studios - Morton Licker, and the app Maze Excitement will only require you to provide your email address if you contact the developer Morton Licker at mclstudios79@gmail.com or by clicking the ask a question button on the FAQ Page in the help section of the Maze Excitement app(game) or contact me button in the help section of the Maze Excitement app(game), or directly emailing the developer, Morton Licker at mclstudios79@gmail.com. Your email will only be used to respond to your email to answer your questions or respond to your suggestions. The developer Morton Licker will never give out your email address. You can contact the developer Morton Licker at mclstudios79@gmail.com at any time and request your email address be deleted. You can also see the section 14. 4. WHO DO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO?
The Maze Excitement app(game) or the developer Morton Licker will not disclose your personal information. However the Maze Excitement app(game) uses Third Party pluggins that collect and use your information. See section 5. Third Party Access for more information and links to the Third Party privacy policies.
The Maze Excitement app(game) or the developer Morton Licker may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when the developer Morton Licker believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
5. THIRD PARTY ACCESS
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the developer Morton Licker in improving the Maze Excitement app(game). The developer Morton Licker may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Note AdMob uses Targeted Ads and collects data for this. You can opt-out by selecting the option in settings in the Maze Excitement app(game). See section 6. OPT-OUT RIGHTS for more information.
6. OPT-OUT RIGHTS
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
You can opt-out of Target Ads by going to help, legal and then if available you can click the Privacy Options button in the Maze Excitement app(game). Based on your Birthdate or region you may not have the option for the Privacy Options. You may also view this privacy policy and the terms of conditions in the help/legal section of the Maze Excitement app(game).
7. DATA RETENTION POLICY
The Maze Excitment app(game) or developer Morton Licker will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like him to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact him at mclstudios79@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time. 8. IN APP PURCHASES
The Maze Excitment app(game) or developer Morton Licker does not collect personal information for purchases such as:
• Debit/Credit card information; or
• name, phone number, or address.
Any information for processing payments for purchases is collected by the Google Play Store.
The Maze Excitment app(game) or developer Morton Licker may collect information from purchases such as:
• Transaction number or related information; or
• purchased item information;
The transaction information or item purchased information will only be used by the Maze Excitement app(game) for providing the correct purchased items to you or to initiate refund requests.
9. REFUNDS
When handling refunds some data may be collected or used, such as:
• Transaction number or related information; or
• email address or other information to confirm identity and find purchase information;

10. SECURITY
The developer Morton Licker is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The developer Morton Licker provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
11. WILL THIS POLICY BE UPDATED?
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The developer Morton Licker will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

• identifying and fixing technical issues;

MCL STUDIOS or the developer Morton Licker does not sell personal data it collects or process it for targeted advertising. MCL STUDIOS or the developer Morton Licker also does not profile its users through automated means to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. This includes for users for whom we have actual knowledge are under 18.

Authorized agents of California residents must include written permission signed by the resident, who may also need to verify their identity directly. Requests may be denied if we cannot verify your identity or authority. Appeals can be submitted using the same contact information listed above.
I will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights under applicable law.
13. ADDITIONAL NOTICE FOR INDIVIDUALS LOCATED IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, THE UNITED KINGDOM, OR SWITZERLAND
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), along with similar laws in the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland, requires me to provide individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland with information regarding their personal data in a different format.
